Anxiety lightheadedness scares me.. what do I do to get rid of it?

So my anxiety comes and goes and sometimes when it comes , it tends to linger onto me... I have been having anxiety attacks a lot more recently and now all that is left are physical symptoms.. for a while it was the shortness of breath, but that went away now fortunately, but now its the lightheadedness. I have been feeling lightheaded for almost a week now, all day everyday with it occasionally leaving for a few minutes. If im standing around for too long i start feeling even more and I feel like I am going to fall. Im not even sure if its vertigo or an ear problem because I have been feeling a bit of pressure on my ears but lightheadedness has always been a symptom of my anxiety. For a while it had gone away and I was happy but now it has returned and I hate it because I can't wait for too long in a line or walk around because then I feel like I will collapse. Can anyone else relate? What do you do?

Ive had the shortness of breath and lightheaded feeling many times.
The key to anxiety management is basically the same for all your symptoms.
Anxiety starts in the brain. Your brain can only take so much stress and anxiety and then you start to see symptoms. When the symptoms are due to anxiety or stress, they will not hurt you but I know how weird and scary they can be. You need to relax your mind as much as possible every single day. Anxiety has a way of creating negative thoughts which in turn can create some of the symptoms and also make you feel down or depressed. Sometimes speaking with a counselor can help with overcoming some of the negative thinking and things that are upsetting you and your life.
Remember that what we think And tell ourselves,we eventually live out in our life so it’s important to think positively.
for the lightheadedness, have you ever practiced mindfulness breathing exercises? They get you in control and help with shortness of breath, lightheadedness, as well as other symptoms. You can find this on YouTube.
One is called Mindfulness Breathing guided meditation 10 minutes. It’s easy to learn and very effective! You can even do it somewhere in public without anybody knowing. Proper breathing is very important with anxiety. If you are home and feeling lightheaded, pick out one of the many meditations on YouTube for anxiety or panic. Relax and listen .
some of them are very short but they work.
I also stopped as much negativity in my life as I could. I stopped listening to so much news and I would turn on either a meditation or positive self affirmations on YouTube. I introduced more positive things in my life. The other thing I would say is have a general check up with your doctor for your peace of mind.
take one day at a time and enjoy the simple things in life. A lot of us in this world are just overwhelmed with social media, this or that which actually can increase anxiety. I found it best to live a more simple life. Hope you feel better soon
