Anxiety & Magnesium Deficiency

Hello everyone...
Not much has changed with my symptoms since I've been on here. A lot of things have changed without my life though, work had gotten more stressful, I have a new boyfriend, my mom was recently diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer... but anywho ive noticed a new symptom... it's a chest pain but more like an ache. Like my chest is sore & tender all of the time. It's been going on for about 2 months now & I got a full workup (blood test, X-ray, ekgs, echocardiogram) and they all came back normal. Only thing was that my magnesium was low. I think the lowest it can be was a 1.5 and I'm at a 1.8. Ive also noticed more PVCS (skipped beats) lately, today I had a bought of them & it freaked me out badly I thought I was going to die. Haven't moved around since them. Could this be stress? Or directly related to the fact that my magnesium is low and that I need to take vitamins? I'm sure my anxiety adds to it because I constantly worry about everything! But I just wanted to share my experiences and see if anyone had some feedback about magnesium deficiency?

Hello! It definitely sounds like you're having a rough time, and I'm so sorry to hear that 😞
The symptoms you're talking about, could very well just be the anxiety that's building inside you. Anxiety causes all sorts of messed up things to happen to you. Think about it, work is stressing you out, so maybe you tense up every so often thinking about it. Then add a new boyfriend to the mix, which is exciting and I'm sure nerve racking at times (if you're shy like me), then stress about your mom is sure to put more tension on you, even if you don't physically feel it at the time. Then bam. Heart palpitations, chest pain.. they all can go hand in hand with anxiety. Which is GOOD news, because nothing is physically wrong with you. ????
As for the magnesium, I would suggest getting the magnesium oil spray, I've heard good things about it.

Sorry your worrying so much about chest and heart racing/ flutters. A get this with anxiety . You've had test. Great. So many of us convinced it's heart attack symptoms( anxiety plays with our minds) my head never gets a break. But I don't google and I try to think well it could be what all these lovely people on here are explaining to me. Magnesium supplements may be good ask doc?stay on here . I have great days but if hearts racing I get on here to take my mind off it. Helps and you may help others( they may recognise your very similar .??

Magnesium salts are easily absorbed though the skin, so add magnesium sulphate to your bath water.
You can buy the magnesium under the name EPSON SALTS.

Hi! I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. I hope you're both doing good. If you haven't heard of the product "natural calm" you should look it up! There's SO many good reviews and it has a 4.5/5 star rating !!! I haven't tried it yet but I'm not sure if I'm magnesium deficient!
