Anxiety making me panic right now

Yesterday when I was taking my medicine for an infection to treat, I was take a tablet that has powder on it, it's basically a regular old fashioned pill that is smooth, but the pill is pretty big. I make sure to fill up a 16oz cup I used and fill it all the way with water to help me bring the pill all the way down my throat, to my stomach, as I have difficulty swallowing from acid reflux and after drinking all the water, it feels like the whole pill is stuck at the center of my throat and I'm panicking out of fear of choking or the medicine now not working, the entire day I been trying to drink more water to try to bring it down, but maybe it's not really there, maybe it's just a sensation that it is there, since I get this a lot with food I eat as well that feels suck, but is really not. I could still talk just fine, I'm just feeling the sensation. Even if it is stuck, will it eventually dissolve when I keep drinking water?
