Hi,
Same experience. I am high myopic with astigmatism and I always thinking about losing my vision. I checked with the eye doctors (3 of them) and it's all good and healthy, I think my fear kicks in and mess up with my head 😦((.
All the best

Hi Zach - Knowing how much we all depend on our vision to maintain our independence and just to look into the eyes of our loved ones, it is no wonder that you are scared and feeling anxious. No doubt, everyone in this forum has felt those same feelings! I was such an emotional mess that I sought professional counseling for awhile.
If you haven't already done so, make an appointment to see an ophthalmologist for a complete eye exam. S/he will be able to tell you with all certainty if there are any real problems with your eyes. You can also visit a general practitioner for a complete exam. It's possible you have allergies or migraine headaches causing issues with your eyesight. If nothing is wrong, you will feel great relief having gotten checked out. And know that if anything is wrong, today's medical technology can fix just about anything.
Please keep us posted!

One other suggestion, search on the web "visual snow" and see if this is what you're experiencing. I have visual snow (it's rare and most doctors are clueless about it). It constantly messes with my psyche and there are F B support forums you can check out too.
