Im convinced its one of these absolutly convinced

Symptoms

Visual snow, visual field full of black dots and static vision

Internal tremors all through the body not visible to look at

Dizziness as if im on a boat struggle to walk in a straight line

Speech problems like i have to think before i say things otherwise i get my words muddled up

Started to get aching muscles in the back of the legs

Ive accepted the visuals as visual snow syndrome, but these internal tremors like a car engine is revving up inside of me has been constant for a full year now,i pray for the day i can relax without my body vibrating and tremoring,id accept it as anxiety of it only came on whilst anxious but it os 24 hours a day.i also went on the treadmill at the gym and i had to really concentrate or id of fallen off as i was that dizzy

Ive seen multiple docs who all just dismiss it as anxiety,i feel i cant go back as there gettimg bored of it,i have seen a neuro who tried to say it was migraines and nothin sinister,i have had a head mri which was clear, the worst symptom is these internal tremors i just want to relax.im so so convinced i have ms or parkinsons im considering paying private im close to just giving up.

that all sounds absolutely terrible to have to deal with. i know that anxiety can cause some very real and very different symptoms. is there a test you can take for those things you think you may have? in the mean time i would treat it like anxiety to see if it helps at all. ive been watching a lot of youtube videos on the brain and neuroplasticity. its been helping a lot. maybe try that route for a while to see if it makes a difference.

It can 100% be anxiety- even when you are not anxious. I have spent the last 7 months going down that road. It did not get better until I accepted that it was anxiety that had unconsciously built up to that point. I was having physical and non physical tremors all day. So much that my legs would go into a semi-cramp state. My legs would be extremely shaky walking down stairs (I'm 33yo physically fit male). It only started getting better after I decided to try medicating my anxiety. CBD (oral) helped some. Topical magnesium would help on occasion and an SSRI, which I'm not a fan of but I dont think i'm dying from an incurable disease every day. You could ask your doctor for an EMG, but I personally see why they wouldnt offer it (your mental causing the physical). Though the test would be reassuring against MS fear. Over the past month it has finally started to subside. I've lost my career over anxiety. I feel your pain and I hope my story gives you solace. God Bless

You've obviously been/go to the gym as you've been on the treadmill. You DON'T have Parkinsons or MS.

I have been on this road. If your doctor says MRI is clear. There is nothing to worry about.

I know it is easy said than done. But once you accept anxiety can cause physical symptoms and you calm down. You can see the physical symptoms resolve slowly one by one. It happened to me.

I have visual snow or what I call static too. It started two months ago and I don't know if it's a real symptom or just anxiety. It causes me immense stress. So, I sympathize with you.
