Anxiety- nausea and exhaustion advice

Posted , 1 user is following.

Hello. A bit of background info on myself.

27 Male. Self employed window cleaner. Sleep at 11.30pm. Wake at 8.30-9.00am.

Only things I drink are Matcha tea latte (oat milk) to begin my day. Water throughout and a loose leaf tea at night.

Food, I don't really over or under eat. Have my three meals. Breakfast always banana and oats/nuts/granola mix. Lunch is something simple. Healthy cereal bar usually. Various dinners with veg.

Onto the mental health....

Currently suffer from depression and anxiety.

On 75mg of setraline. (Today Dr sajd go up to 100mg)

Two months finished from CBT.

Currently feeling like the effects of tablets have worn off. Was hoping to be put on a different of medication.

As far as I know, consciously, I never have anything on my mind to worry about when I'm anxious. I just feel this never ending impending doom.

The reason for this post is I want advice in regards to my two biggest symptoms that affect my life the most...

  1. nausea- only experience when extremely anxious socially. Will always make myself sick as I know it'll happen itself naturally but the feeling of puking is the worst feeling I've ever experienced.
  2. lack of energy. Exhaustion. No motivation - basically its near impossible to get out of bed. As previously stated, I wake at 8.30ish but will talk myself into sleeping until like anywhere between 10-12 most days. When I'm working, I struggle to fit in the 5 hour mark each day. Just so tired.
