Anxiety, neck muscle tightness?

Hi amongst the many things I get I do get aching jaw and my tongue as been really sore and even seemed to swell doc and dentist said it’s a symptom of anxiety.take care

Not myself but my daughter Charlotte has suffered these past 10yrs with neck shoulder muscle tightness and is never without a headache on a daily basis. She has done the works by going to private clinics for manipulation and also massage only to have the same pain the next day she has been told by one place that she would need manipulation/massage nearly every day wich she could never afford at £30 a session. She has went privately to a denist and paid for mouth guard which was a few hundred pounds she still uses it because she was told shes a massive clencher. She has had triggerpoint injections of botox through the NHS didnt help is mow waiting on appointment for another sort of injection and if it doesn't cure it theres nothing else left only an operation which isn't really something anyone would look forward to but she says she'll go for it as its the last resort.

I feel for her pain dear love her shes only 45 and had this from early 30s. I jeep my eyes open all the time for anything that may help and I let her know about it but we haven't come across anything that has worked she paid for this hearing device look like earphones but every time your pisture isnt correct it sends a signal which makes you correct it it cost another few hundred pounds. Sje has also bought numerous aids..posture straps etc she has given exercise a go but with having a family and working herself she's dine in by time shes finished. If inly someone could come up with something that would work. Oh a new injection has just been released for migraine suffers its a preventive she asked her doc for it as says its worth a try but she needs the ok from the hospital doc before she can administer it. Hows that for a sufferer?
