For the past 4 months i have been suffering from the worst health anxiety in my life. I have been to the neurologist 3 times and he said that i have chronic migraines, I have been to the hospital twice because of this and they say that I am fine. I feel like I have been overlooked. I am a 21 year old male that is healthy as can be im hoping. My symptoms are pretty weird, i have nonstop head pain, it is more of a burning then anything, my neck is always stiff and achy. I don’t sleep well anymore and I am constantly thinking that my head is about to explode. I have had 2 CT scans and both came back good, well at least that’s what the doctors said. I also get very dizzy every day atleast once and feel close to passing out. This has completely taken over my life and Im ready to fix it. I have yet to get an MRI but the CT ha happened twice and I am hoping that the CT shows enough to ensure that I am safe. I get pain behind my eyes and a pulsing pain in my temple every once in a while to, the pain also radiates from side to side every once in a while. Someone help reassure me that I am okay. I am just hard headed and think the worst, but I am sure there is someone else out there that has the same problems. My headaches are 24/7 and wake me in the middle of the night. Help help help!

I can relate to you. I've been having this for about 2 months now and its the worse. I've been to the ER 2 times and had a CT and MRI both came back good. I've gone to the ENT, cardiologist, and GP. The only place I havent been is neuro which I'm thinking about going to next. I just get headaches every single day with the weirdest eye pain that can't really describe. The doctor said I have SVT but that's it. I just want it to end.

Hello
You should try and take some reassurance that your scans have been clear. I suffer with dreadful headaches. Mine feel like sinus headaches, in my eyes and a horrible pressure on the bride of my nose. I want lti chop my head off some days. I had a cat scan which showed some damage to my sinuses but he then diagnosed me with migraine headaches. Yours does sound like a tension headache as you sat your neck hurts. When I'm stressed I hunch my shoulders up and I don't even realise I'm doing it! The stress on my neck then causes a headache. paracetamol doesn't help. The pain is so bad my eyes water! It drains me. Sometimes I find if I can have a nap that helps but if not I just have to ride it out. I can have it for weeks. Have you had blood tests to rule out vitamin deficiencies? Low iron can cause headaches.
Its easy to say but try and relax your body. Take a warm bath or have a shoulder massage. I am on amitriptyline for my headaches but I think I need to up the dose. Just remember you're not alone. I went through a dreadful time when I was 17 thinking I was dieing because my headache was so bad but you learn what triggers them and most importantly to try and relax your body.

Amitriptyline is a muscle relaxent. I was prescribed them years ago for migraines but didn't want to take them but gave in and tried them a few months back. I hate taking medication and try to avoid it if I can.

I use to have this same problem. Googled "brain aneurysm" & had an immediate panic attack. I kept having sharp shooting head pains & they were excruciating, also accompanied my nausea & blurred vision. However, they were just migranes. You behave to stop worrying. It isn't going to do any good, just bad. You HAVE to take control of you're thoughts. Even if there was something wrong with you (which it isnt), you still have control on how you deal with it. Try to channel your thoughts in another direction & you'll be fine.

Yu have many tests and now awaiting a further MRI, the problem with that is the number of tests you are having, there is an element of risk if you keep having them so you need to trust your GP and Specialists when they give you clear results and move on. I would say with reservation you are suffering an Anxiety and you will eventually need to come to terms with that.
You have been diagnosed with chronic Migraine I would run to that and get some medication. That may help your other problems
