Anxiety on Business Trip

Hey all, I've been taking sertraline (Zoloft) since the end of March. About 8 weeks on 50 mg, 1 week on 75 and this is my 4th week on 100. I've noticed quite a positive difference since I started the 100 particularly. However, this week I'm out of town at a business conference and I am having a tough time. Some of it may be due to my monthly cycle which has started to be a tough time of the month emotionally. Thankfully I can talk with my husband and mom which is helpful. But I'm finding these early start (NOT a morning person) and 10 to 12 hour highly interactive days with little down time to be triggering my anxiety, worst case scenario thinking and emotional instability. I'm wondering if anyone has any tips for how to get back on track. This conference lasts until Friday and then my husband is meeting up with me for a weekend holiday. Any thoughts you could share with me would be most appreciated.

Aw it’s no wonder you feel anxious that’s a long working day and you are away from home etc I think it’s only to be expected that this would trigger you. My advice is to keep away from caffeine and alcohol, try and take breaks away from everyone and do some deep breathing excercises.   It’s always harder at that time of the month for me too x

I would just focus on the weekend with your hubby.
