Anxiety or actually have reason to fear

For the past 9/10 months I've been having severe muscle twitching aswel as heart racing and palpitations. I have always had periods of sinus tachycardia but after tests doctors havnt been concerned. so recently I've seen neurologists and had 2 EMGs which have been normal and both diagnosed me with BFS but I'm not sure what has brought this on all of a sudden I've also had a 24 hour monitor and a 48 hour monitor, numerous EKGs and apart from the 2 PACs in the 24 hour and 2 VEs in the 48 hour monitor including some rare episodes of sinus tachycardia max heart rate of 140. Also did have a Echo which did come back as normal. Cardiologist said she doesn't think anything is wrong and to stay on the propranolol 30mg a day but I still feel anxiety over the VE's and just can't get past mainly that I had 2 on the 48 hour monitor. Not sure why I'm feeling all these things now

sorry that you are anxious about all of this. But I can tell you that I’ve had fasciculations and it off for many years. Nothing to worry about it’s caused by anxiety and stress.
VE does not normally require treatment. If it did your doctors would tell you. they see these test results every day and know what to look for.
tachycardia, can also because by anxiety and stress.
you were wondering why you are having these feelings if everything is OK right? Well it sounds like you are doing what I used to do. even though all my testing was normal like yours I was still worrying. Just the act of worrying and thinking about it can increase all of the sensations that you are feeling. You are telling your brain that something is wrong when it’s actually all OK. But the brain believes what you tell it so the anxiety increases and you get the rapid heartbeat, fasciculations, etc.
I finally decided enough is enough so I learned how to relax my mind to calm everything down. you have to be consistent about it. The minute you get a negative thought or scary thought just let it be there for a couple seconds and then calmly let it go. Don’t let fear take you over because it’s miserable and I let it do that for way too long!
I will say that if I do become anxious I might get a little muscle twitch here or there or my heart rate can be a little high but what I do is ignore it and do some breathing exercise or listen to a soothing meditation. Always remember what the fact is. The fact is that your testing is all normal. The thoughts that go through our mind or not based on fact. Only fear. you are going to be OK . Relax. stay busy and take your mind off of this. Take care
