Anxiety or heart issues?

I have had the following symptoms for months. Tired and worn out, brain fog (forgetfulness), dizziness, lack of appetite, nausea occasionally after eating. within the past month, chest pain has started along with my other symptoms. Went to the ER with no signs of a heart issue or heart attack found. All blood work normal according to my doctors (went to two trying to figure this out). Waiting on an appointment with the heart doc. Mental health doc gave me more meds to try for anxiety, just started them today. Google says my symptoms could be a partially blocked artery or anxiety. Mental doc gave me Trazodone for sleep a while back but now my sleep is fine so I tried it for anxiety, 50 mg, and it offers some mild relief. I have one or two bad days followed by a good day. Sound like anxiety? Thanks.

first of all I am sorry you are going through all of this. In the past have you ever suffered with anxiety, emotional trauma or an undue amount of stress?if so that could be contributing to how you feel now.
sounds like your heart is OK and blood work.
One thing I recommend is to stay off of Google because it won’t pertain to your individual situation and it’ll scare you for no reason. Many people with anxiety tend to do that and I used to until it was obvious that they usually give the worst case scenario for things and don’t consider the rest of the non serious reasons why people may have certain symptoms.
i have had many of your symptoms on and off for quite a while. Mine is due to long-term anxiety and stress.
When you go to the heart doctor and he tells you that everything’s OK, you could then start working on anxiety management. you could actually start now by doing things to relax your mind. There’s some great anxiety meditations on YouTube that are so calming and really help to reduce any sensations from anxiety. anxiety can definitely cause a feeling of being worn out, dizziness, lack of appetite, forgetfulness and many others. I’ve had them all! The meditations help to clear the mind also.
I would really advise that you find a counselor you can talk to on a regular basis. They can really help with this! I do this virtually at home and it works great! We all need somebody to confide in and it’s actually good for our health to do so.
take One day at a time. I really believe you’ll start feeling better if you work at this and get some support.
Feel free to private message me anytime! Take care ❤

Possibly, definitely get a stress test from heart specialist. This will ease your mind somewhat and you can start to heal from anxiety. As long as you may be thinking it could be your heart or blocked artery you will drive yourself crazy with worry. As far as anxiety meds i would suggest sertraline(zoloft) for me it works great and helped my depression also. Try your best to relax and think positive thoughts
