Anxiety or illness

it seems like it always begins with a cold. my lips get chapped my teeth hurt my urine is more frequent and smells sour and then diarrhea and a sore throat. then inevitably the anxiety and panic set in my legs get weak I get restless and agitated brain fog undescribable pains and joints and muscles begin to sweat and this goes on sometimes for days with short breaks and then it goes away for a couple weeks and then comes back again it's a vicious cycle does that sound crazy

have you had a complete physical check up recently? If not I would suggest that would be the first step. Maybe there’s something that the doctor could help you with right away so you feel better. only a doctor can diagnose what’s going on. I hope you feel better soon

thanks, i have been to the er about a month ago, but everything checks out fine just anxiety i guess a few weeks go by and i remind myself that im good but my mind stops believing it, medications give me unwanted side effects if they work at all.

Sounds very similar to the covid experience I am experiencing. Major Anxiety, no appetite, can't sleep. Trying to locate a family doctor. I am not immunized so I feel so rejected when I want to see a doctor.

Covid like symptoms lingered within me for two months I think before mine just appeared. But who knows, I don't want to create any worry.

Oh, and I forgot to say I was testing negative as well when I thought I was sick...then one day a month later it just shows up.
