Anxiety or irregular heart beat?

So for 4 months now I've suffered from health anxiety mainly concerning my heart. I'm 19 years old and I've always been fairly healthy prior to the anxiety i was very athletic in high school i stopped being active entirely after i graduated so im not sure if it's a change for my body or what ... I went to the doctor last week and had an ECG done and it came back normal just a bit fast due to anxiety. Since then I've been able to convince myself that my blood pressure of 122/82 isn't normal(thanks to google) although ny doctor said it was fine. I've been constantly checking ny blood pressure with the digital blood pressure monitor my mom has and I've checked it several times a day since my appointment last week and they were all fine up until a few days ago when the "irregular heartbeat" symbol popped up ....It has popped up only 4 times, but I have probably taken my blood pressure about 20 times the past week (I'm not kidding)...should I be worried??? I mean my ECG was normal literally just last week. Could it be I'm moving too much, I'm putting the cuff on wrong, or because I'm anxious while measuring it? My mom has no clue I've been checking my bp I'm thinking I may NEED to have it taken away as it's become addictive checking my bp.

120/82 blood pressure is absolutely fine..keep that machine far away..don't check it..and trust your Dr.if he said it's fine absolutely it's fine..he doesn't wana take a risk with a patient..and according to new blood pressure limit is it's 140/90..
be calm.. u r just 19..don't let anxiety make it life horrible..chill and enjoy

I have had this for several days. I saw my doctor today about it in fact and to discuss my Anxiety medication, I have all the symptoms you describe and he told me it was anxiety. I am now not even thinking about it (until I read your post that is) and it is not happening so much now.
