for weeks im getting weird washes of adrenaline which make my vision go dark and cloudy. i also get like an electric wave feelings in my head and ringing in my ear every so often. its these weird feelings of fear and vision that panic me so much it only lasts a few seconds at a time but it is their on and off all day. i can actually feel relaxed and all of a sudden will happen.
Why am i getting this when not stressed?
is this seizures??

sounds like panic attacks. they really suck!
cut out caffeine and eat real healthy. I had them for over a 2 years. I would be awakened at night with them. i finally found a neurologist that prescribed celexa for me.It is my wonder drug. I had so many tests taken and all came normal.

yes you can have short ones multiples times a day. I did and it was scary. I really thought i was dying and the headaches were intense. I also had alot of mucus and clogged ears. Very bizarre and freaky. You pegged it with the electric wave and ringing in the ears/head. I'm sorry your going through this. I did try meditation rebekkah boruci on Utube. And also accupuncture which helped but the celexa 10mg worked unbelievably. Keep me posted of how you are.

Hi Jonathan,
I think I have responded to a previous post by you, but it looks like you have been posting on here about this same issue for over 1 year...
Please listen to your neurologist! I know the symptoms of anxiety can be very scary, but it's been over a year you have had these symptoms and nothing has happened, right? If you had something seriously wrong with you, you would not remain the same for over a year... If you had epilepsy or a seizure disorder you would know by now.
The physical symptoms you can get from anxiety are endless, and there is no limit to how uncomfortable they can be. Physical symptoms also show up without feeling anxious bc even if you aren't actively thinking of being anxious, your body is still in a tense state and hasn't recovered yet - thus producing symptoms. It seems silly that something so severe cud be caused by ur mind, but it IS possible and tons of people on this forum have confirmed that already on your previous posts.
You really should look into finding a therapist/psychologist ASAP. They can help you cope with your anxiety symptoms and then you can start feeling better!
