your blood pressure is absolutely fine. Sometimes the numbers can fluctuate a little bit that’s no big deal. Some people naturally run a low blood pressure.
are you being careful with what you eat? Are you avoiding fats, spicy foods, junk foods, and foods with high acid content? That’s important. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Look for foods that are higher in alkaline and low in acid. things like gastritis, indigestion etc. can come and go. I had really bad gastritis for a long time and I didn’t get much relief with the omeprazole. But I did change my diet which helped a lot. The other thing that helped was bringing down my anxiety level. I know that is difficult to do sometimes but just try working at it little by little. you have to completely relax your mind and body. I use meditations from YouTube for anxiety and they work great. There is a very strong connection between the mind and the gastrointestinal system. So when we are really stressed out with anxiety it can affect our stomach, intestines, etc. anyway I hope you get some relief soon. Have you ever considered speaking with a counselor for anxiety management? You could do it at home virtually. Feel better soon!

I'm in the same boat as you, I also wonder if it's menopause, anxiety or bowel issues. It's just getting old now, has been going on for too long.
I mainly suspect menopause as I get some really funky symptoms, like today, I woke up and my feet and fingers are burning as if someone is throwing coal on them, but I've had this before and after a couple of days it goes away and doesn't come back for months, wtf?
