anxiety or more?

since saturday i’ve felt a whole new level of very weird feelings! i will try and explain them. slow motion kind of, dizziness like even walking out of

the house or going to the gym seem hard because i feel

wobbly and slow and drowsy, feeling i’m just gonna die suddenly or my heart is going to stop, tingly left arm and hands, sudden rush of something throughout my

body which lasts probably a second where during that second and that rush i become very self aware of everything in my body! it’s so so weird there’s more but i can’t even explain i feel like i’m a ghost floating about that’s very slow and feel asif there is something more wrong with me because how can anxiety feel like this? can it? or does it sound like more? i’m currently going through an

obsession with my heart fearing i have a heart problem constantly checking my pulse and constantly fearing i’m gonna die of sudden cardiac arrest! i eat quite healthy and today i’ve been worried i’ve eaten too much potassium! i’ve had 2 eggs for breakfast, a banana, blueberries, spinach in a smoothie and for lunch 2 tomatoes with pasta and for dinner veg and kale amongst others which all contain potassium! so i’ve been having anxiety attacks thinking i’ve had to much potassium!

Hi it sounds like anxiety, it's horrible but it can be overcome, have you talked to anyone regarding this in a medical profession, like your doctor, are you taking anything for anxiety
