Ask for the M.O.T
I did and it was really helpful went on the bike for 20 mins ex rugged me up to all machines did all the relevant tests had my bloods done
All came back AOK
he said my arteries are great healthy cole back in 2 years
Just ensure you stop smoking and rat healthy
But go don’t live in a works of not knowing this does not help anxiety
You are thinking the worst go and put your mind at rest
Once cardiologist says you are ok then take that as you are ok do not dwell on it
Anxiety causes serious panic with effects so weird so your heart could be raised but it’s down to the flight or fight ad’enalin pumping into your body putting you in a tense and anxious mood
Relax the more you fixate and think about the issue the more you will fill your anxiety
Go to cardiologist il be interested to hear your next post once you have the info
Have you tried NOFAP this is amazing journey for anxiety sufferers it’s not just for sex/porn addicted
It has a way of balancing your mind clarity confidence positive thinking
It’s a natural process

Hi Daryl
It is normal for your heart rate to increase when you are exercising, it would be abnormal if it didn't.
The only way you are going to get reassurance about your heart, seen as if you are worrying about it all the time, is to see your doctor. Once you are told that your heart is ok you can stop worrying.
Anxiety will give you palpitations and an increased heart rate. Once you stop worrying your heart will settle down.

Thank you thank you and I didn't mean to say exercising it's just I really feel strange when I first wake up in the morning when I take my blood pressure medication I feel a little bit more normal but I do think it's in my head I'm always focusing on my chest area I'm always laying down checking my pulse I'm constantly feeling a tightness never pain but just tightness in my chest area and sometimes tingling in my left arm and when I go for walks I feel my heart palpitations constantly even when I'm laying down I always feel my heart beating through my chest and it's not that it's pounding fast but I can just feel it physically it just doesn't feel right I've had a stress test done and they said my heart is normal so I don't know what it is do you know if anxiety can cause all types of heart-related problems and feeling things

Hi just wanted to give you some reassurance. I to have had many test done on my heart all normal I suffer health anxiety have been to er several times and everything is normal. Anxiety can cause many physical symptoms. For example when my anxiety is high I get same symptoms as you also I check my pulse a million times to. I know it's not fun and it's down right scary but try and tell yourself it's just anxiety I have been checked out and I am fine. This helps me and maybe it can help you. You said you were on meds for high blood pressure do you check your pressure at home? I hope you feel better
