sorry you are going through all of this. The tingling on your face is very common with anxiety. That can happen anywhere on the body. with anxiety, I get it on my face, legs, arms. This really doesn’t sound like a heart issue especially when your ECG was OK. It sounds like anxiety. Have you had anxiety in the past? Is there anything going on in your life that could cause it right now?

wait to see what the bloodwork results are but your tonsils could be fine.

when we have anxiety it can cause us to think negative so that’s probably what’s going on in your mind. Those negative thoughts are not based on facts, they are only based on emotion which is fear and what if thinking.

remind yourself that the fact is your ECG was fine. It would have showed something if it existed. But it doesn’t. You can relax. do things to relax your mind. Practice some long slow deep breathing exercises. You can find some great meditations for anxiety on YouTube as well as breathing exercises to calm everything down. You’re going to be good to go! ❤

you’re welcome. The craziest part of anxiety are the negative thoughts that creep in. Just remember that they are not a part of you and you can let them go. One thing I learned is that if I keep relaxed even with the negative thoughts, I can let them go. Every time I get one I picture it floating off and dissolving. or a picture stop sign and I just say stop! and go on to do something else.

I don’t dwell on the thoughts otherwise they get worse. It’s important to also keep busy doing other things. But it’s good to Nip it in the bud right away. hope you find a great meditation!
