Anxiety or something to worry??

Hi all,
I had sexual intercourse with a prostittue on decemeber 22, 2014. It was safe sex with condom as it was my first time. There was no lip to lip contact or anything. It was just safe vaginal sex. After exactly 3 weeks on jan 12 2015, due to my anxiety I got an STD test done. The results Chlamydia trachomatis DNA urine (PCR) and Gonococcen DNA urine PCR were both negative.
But after the tests were done i got a pain in left testicles and its there from last one month. The pain is mild and its random it will not be the whole day, morning it will be there and it goes and comes back once again. And sometimes due to which the left leg also pains. The doctor told it might be some muscle cramp or something. But from last 2 weeks I observed that everytime I fantasize or think about sex the pennis become erect and a fluid comes out. It transparent and a bit sticky. Other than this there were no other symptoms of stomach pain or vomiting etc .
MY QUESTIONS:
1. Is 3 weeks period after sex sufficient for the STD tests to give relaibale results?
2. Is the fluid that comes out of the pennis everytime its erect. Is it pennis discharge. Do I have an STD? Or is it normal that everytime you just think about sex and your pennis is erect you will see that fluid?
3. The doctor told me yesterday that there is no need for another STD test as the previosu results show its negative?
Please dod let me know. As these things constantly keeps running in my mind and I feel asahmed now of what I have done.
THANK YOU

You must be very young, if you don't recognize that, that fluid is pre-cum. It physiologically discharges when aroused, to assist in lubrication during sex. That is fact, look it up. STDs that cause discharge in men, are bacterial based, for which condoms do protect you from. HPV and herpes, is what condoms do not protect you from completely.

All the questions that you have asked here are the sort of things that you should have asked your doctor and been answered by him.
Surely the biggest lesson from all this that you should have learned is TO KEEP AWAY FROM PROSITUTES thereby avoiding all this worry in future.

A very high percentage of the population suffer from some sort of stress-related problem, so why in heavens name would we risk making it worse?
It's almost as if when some of us wake up in the morning we try to think of something that is guanteed to make us a feel damn sight worse, and then do it.
If that is how some of us decide to behave then certainly from me there would be no sympathy.
As you say Feelbroken we have a duty to ourselves and to others to behave responsibly.
So Michael you now know what not to do in future - DO NOT TAKE CHANCES.

All we are saying is that you appear to have been to visit a doctor who has given you the all-clear, so the next thing is to learn from this lesson and not to take any risks like this in the future.
You might not be so lucky next time.
Incidentally, you appear to know more about this than us, so if you are not prepared to listen to the reassurances we are trying to give you, why are you here?

I was telling you, because we both agree that people shouldn't go see proustites, that another person has commented on the forum and basically implying that hookers are safe... So I was saying that person w the name of a I'm on the third must be frequenting the places too... Go back and read the threads and profile names and you'll get it... From top to bottom

I have no idea in UK whether 70% of sex workers have genital herpes. I believe that most would use safe sex/condoms so how would they get it? It really would not do them much good to infect their clients and I understand that they have clinic checks.
Believe your doctor. In UK we have clinics who specialise too.

In the UK, selling sex is technically not illegal, however pimping and running brothels are, so women are forces to work alone or under pimps or brothels. Because sex establishments are not legal or regulated on the UK like in Germany and Amsterdam, these women aren't forced to get tested. Also keep in mind, that it takes 3 months mostly for antibodies to show up when you get tested, so there is a period of being under the impression you are infection free and are actually contagious. Oh BTW... There's no skin test for the strains of HPV that cause warts and they can have microscopic warts.. It is clear you frequent these places, based on your comments and need to feel more at ease.. How about it is just down right pathetic to pay for it? I could never in a million years be that desperate to pay to have sex w someone who has been w god knows how many people, who really doesn't even enjoy it, who is very likely repulsed by you and you're exploiting her on top of that. How anyone can walk out after that and feel like they are a good person at the core is lost on me. I find them dad and perverse, but that is just my opinion.
You really need yo educate yourself better on the facts, before you keep spreading false information, which is part of the cause of herpes and other STDs being an epidemic. Poor education on it and you have no one else to blame but yourself.. You have access to loads of info at your finger tips.
