Anxiety or what?

It's been a long time since I have this symptoms, pain in my left arm down to my hands, nausea, dizziness, palpitations, nervous, sometimes shortness of breath, backpain, chest pain and now lower tightness or pain on my jaw. I did search this symptoms in google and it did say that I'll be having a heart attack so I'm terribly afraid now. I find myself checking my body from time to time and checking my symptoms. Been to doctors and ER a lot but nothing happened. All my lab test were perfect and normal. Do someone experience this as well?

Your symptoms sound almost identical to mine, Anna.  Back in June, just out of the blue, I started experiencing chest pain. Around that same time my mom's best friend dropped dead of a cardiac event at the age of 60.  I know this triggered some pretty major anxiety for me, but I know I was having chest pain before that.

I experience all of your symptoms except the jaw tightness. All of the tightness I experience is in my chest. I occasionally get short of breath and dizzy. My back has always been a little messed up, but I feel like it has gotten worse since I started having chest problems. I've been getting quite a few palpitations.

Here's the kicker - I'm only 27. And I'm healthy (as far as I know). My family doesn't have much of a history with heart problems. My grandpa died at 65 of a hearth attack, but he was also smoking a pack of cigarettes a day for most of his life.

I went to the doctor back in August. Blood pressure was 120 over 70, hear rate 72 BPM, got an EKG test and everything looked fine.  The doctor just told me I'm stressed out and have anxiety.

I don't know what to do at this point. I'm currently uninsured, but I'm working on it. I can't enroll until November. I either wait it out or drop thousands of dollars on more tests.

Hello Michael! Thank you for your response. I'm still 22 and been through a lot with this already but the thing with me is I do acid reflux in which that's alsl possible reason why I do experience. But most of the comments that I received, they keep saying I'm experiencing or I do have anxiety. It's not really easy to deal this.

I've wondered if I maybe have some gastrointestinal issues. It's just concerning how the chest problems came out of nowhere! It also happened after a week that I did a lot of running.

    What tests did you get?

If you have acid reflux you would certainly experience chest pain. I've done EKG, whole abdomen ultrasound, chest xray, bloodtest, urine test and thyroid test. All went normal.

Are you an anxious person, and  do you get stressed out easily?

I've had pretty bad anxiety for as long as I can remember, and I've probably stressed myself out more in the 27 years of my life than some people do in a lifetime.  I worry that all this stress and anxiety has put me on the fast track for heart disease or something of that nature.

You said these problems have come and gone?  When did you first start experiencing problems, and how long was it before it happened again?

If I come to think something like tragedy or calamities I will be nervous and get scared easily even just watching horror movies though it's not totally scary but my heart would palpitate like crazy.

I was never diagnosed with anxiety but everytime I went to doctor they just keep saying all my test are normal. And all of this things happening is just because I keep thinking about it. Even my uncle bullies me that I have brain damage because I keep thinking that I'm sick though I'm not.

I do easily get stressed especially if I do overthink things in which I should not have to but my brain is crazy she loves thinking a lot. Right now that's what I'm trying to solve with.

This started 4yrs ago after a 6.4 magnitude earthquake happened because I was like deeply asleep as I just arrive home around midnight because I was a call center and around 5am the earthquake happens and I panicly wake up and run. After that I'm experiencing being nervous already and difficulty in breathing.

My symptoms come and go especially if I'm so stress in which I'm always stress so I always experience it LOL

What are you doing to deal with your issues? Are you able to exercise? Do you meditate? Do you take any supplements?

Every morning, I do 20 mins. of yoga then 10 mins meditation. I also take PPI medication every before breakfast. And I just keep myself busy. I do take some vitamins as well.
