Still can't get my head around all this being anxiety pain 🙁

But I have a question..

Sometimes when I move I can get a sharper pain or sometimes feel a bit more uncomfortable?

Can moving about occasionally cause anxiety pain worse now and then?

Hi . I could never get my head around how all physical pains and also mental side of things could possibly all be linked to anxiety. We always tend to overthink and look for other things it could be( generally driving ourselves mad and making anxiety worse. Anxiety makes you super sensitive , when you're resting relaxed you may have pain but if you move especially suddenly you may get a sharp pain as your muscles etc, are reacting to your movement. I get shooting pains and my muscle tension in my head , neck, back , and jaw is terrible??

Thank you so much for your reply! I believe mine was bought on by bereavement, I've never really got my head round it a year later when this started in January ??

Just find it so difficult that this could be anxiety, all tests I've had are normal, ECG I had skipped beats but not a problem they said. Could be stress. I have pains everywhere! Head, jaw, chest that moves to my back! Stomach, under breast bones 🙈

      I hope you're ok ??

Thanks. I've had anxiety for years. All these symptoms. Are very common. I've kind of learned to cope better over years but of course it still gets me down. Have to remind myself I am normal, I just have anxiety. When I obsess and get myself wound up, I try to relax and tell myself it will pass, I would love to bounce out of bed and skip off to work, I can have great days now , and I'm not scared to talk to family and friends , just so they know I'm a bit anxious and I don't have to hide it. It's good to have support of family, at first I thought they would say pull yourself together, but everyone's been great. Try to talk it helps. Talk here too. Lots of great people with tips on how to they cope??
