I can relate to it. Its a viscious circle. Once the physical side of anxiety and panic takes over the mind goes into overdrive. The things you are describing are related to anxiety and panic. Try to tell yourself that, in spite of these things happening, you are still here. I do that when I start to think what if it isnt just a panic attack, but something worse. However, thats easier said than done.but, yes i am still here and able to text and so are you. The mind is very powerful. Are you having any help with counselling? Seems like you could do with a little help. Having children and trying to control anxiety and panic can't be easy. Trying to look after yourself is tough enough let alone a home and family. Maybe a revisit to your GP to say you are having a struggle might get you some extra help? I hope so.x

When I'm feeling bad I try to keep really busy so I don't have time to think about being anxious and then the physical symptoms are not there either. I'm worse when I'm not busy and especially when I'm alone.

I do get some strange reactions to panic attack. I certainly get the breathlessness feeling, then pins and needles. Feel as if I am about to faint. Dry mouth, can't swallow very well...lump type feeling in the throat. The list for anxiety and panic is endless and not everyone seems to have the exact same symptoms.
Is there something that possibly triggered these attacksx

I wish people would treat this as a serious illness. If I had broke my leg, no one would expect me to carry on as normal would they! I hope you have a supportive partner and family.
It is most likely anxiety causing further anxiety but there are other things that might be contributing such as thyroid problems or food intolerances.

It may work for you as it did for me
Also there are a lots of book out there that can teach you how to deal with your attacks
Some will guide you step by step.
It will get better with time , I know it sounds very cliche but it is true, hanging there. The most important step is that you recognized your issue, now you need to move to the second phase to confront your anxiety and reduce it to a minimum . After that you will move to the phase three and take control of your life again. You can do it.
