Hey there! I always have panic attacks and short of breath. My doctor gave me anti anxiety pills, however, I do not want to take them because of all the side effects. My naturopathetic doctor suggested to take fem matrix. Does this help with anxiety?

Ever try just plain simple chamomile tea? I've never tried fem matrix but you should always consult your regular doctor before taking stuff like that, as some ingredients may interact with other meds or conditions. I would also suggest seeing a mental care specialis (shrink) since things like anxiety are their thing. Bring up both options.

I took 2 full bottles in the span of 5 months. First I took them every night for a week, then only when I needed them. My suggestion. Try tea. Some teas really help calm you down. Also, don't be afraid to take some medication, you can use it as a last resort.

my anti anxiety pills saved my life and I have had no side effects. Who told you all pills have side effects. If they do, it doesn't mean YOU will experience any.
