Anxiety / sickness HELPPPPP

okay so for the past month i have been struggling with the same sickness that comes and goes. my tonsils are severely swollen and have yellowish spots all through them. i was swabbed for strep that came back negative and had a blood test done for mono. i was given a 10 day course of erythromycin because of suspected strep. a week or two after finishing the antibiotics, the spots are back. i poked one of them with a q tip and some came off, the color was like a greenish yellow . i am struggling so bad right now and just dunno what to do. could this be tonsilitis ?
