Hi I’m diagnosed as having anxiety states and prescribed medication for this! What exactly is ‘anxiety states’? Is this a disorder? But wouldn’t that be put down on my medical records as anxiety disorder not states?
I’m confused lol

It is the plural of Anxiety, it must mean various states set your Anxiety of. So if you are worried about a bad hand Anxiety and a bad shoulder whatever that will be call States, more than on cause of your Anxiety and stress
