Anxiety symptoms???

I have been experiencing anxiety for many months. Some of the things I have been experiencing are waking up in the morning anxious even before my eyes are open. Papitaions that feel like a flutter and thud throughout the day expecially after eating. Stomach issues for many months including bloating, gas and belching. I have found that probiotics have really helped this. But what I have been having lately is uncontrolled jittery and shaking movement in my legs. I just comes on randomly whether I am standing or sitting. There is no way to stop this as they just jump and jitter on their own. Just wondered if this is anxiety and whether anyoneone wlse has experienced this

it defiantly sounds like your body is stressed that's for sure, you need to start looking after your self , like good 8 hour sleep , nice hot long baths reading walking or what ever you enjoy doing maybe even take up drawing or adult colouring stay making time for your self. eating healthy will help and allow your self a certain time to worry about things for 20 min or so then leave it forget it, destiny is not in our hand after all.

try this first for a while, maybe a little break away for 2 or 3 days too if you can.

see how you get on for a couple of weeks, then if that's not working ask your Dr to refer you for CBT Therapy that's very helpful, leave medication as a last resort I would say. this is just my opinion I'm not a professional I'm. just someone who suffered severe anxiety and depression!!

The last few months, due to outside stressors, I have had extreme uncontrollable anxiety. I am one that gets severe anxiety symptoms. To the point that I just spent thousands of dollars seeing two neurologists proving I didn't have ALS. My physical symptoms can be any of the following and some together, depending on the day or attack: I constantly have a very small tremor, that my Dr diagnosed as benign essential tremor. ( He said you get this from prolonged periods of high stress. ) muscle weakness/fatigue. Loss of appetite. Tingly arms/legs/face. Sweating. Chest pain. The list goes on and on.
