Anxiety symptoms

Hi! I’m 17 years old and I had my first panic attack at the start of July. I ended up in the emergency room because I thought I was dying. All I could focus on at that point was my heart beat and my body being numb. It’s been a month since that happened and that anxiety turned into health anxiety. I’m constantly worried something is wrong with me. Any body pain I have makes me think I have cancer or something else, it doesn’t matter how long the sensation last I always think it indicates something that’s bad. The symptoms I have on a daily are back pains on my left side by my shoulder blade they come and go, I also have pain about halfway down my back on the left side. My back muscles feel tight sometimes too. If you’re reading this can you please comment the symptoms of your anxiety below I just want to be able to see if anyone else has the same issues as me.

I think it's more the fault of the psyche. I would advise you to go to the doctor for good sedatives - because such anxiety can turn into a psychosis

Hey honey, my anxiety symptoms are as follows: trembling, shaking, cold sweats, a feeling of complete panic, dry mouth, a feeling of suffocation, feeling sick, stomach ache, stuttering, rushed thoughts, feelings of dread, confusion, talking really fast, restless, agitation, confusion, unable to catch my breath. A creeping tingling feeling, as though insects are crawling up my arms and head. Also hot sweats, shivering. I'm sure I will remember after I've posted this. basically, its as though you step off the curb and a car is speeding towards you at 100mph. Phew! You jump out of harms way in the nick of time. Adrenaline, saved you. Your gave your hand flat on your chest and your heart is beating really fast. You feel relief! But after a short while, your heartbeat slows and you feel calmer. In my case, I'm sat having a cuppa, watching something on the TV, minding my own business, when, WHAM! Hello panic, what do i do now!!!!? Donna xxx
