Anxiety symptoms that someone can explain?

My anxiety has mainly surrounded my heart with fears of Sudden Cardiac Arrest due to a heart condition.

I have had countless EKG's, holter moniter, event moniter, and stress test to come back normal except my max heart rate is above normal but my heart still beats properly.

However what Im concerned about is HCM if you have heard of it. Basically it is the main cause of cardiac arrest in young teenage atheltes like me and Im worried out of control. I had an echo last year but Im scared the cardiologist missed something, or didn't care, cause he wasnt very nice to me.

I ended up getting a second opinion at Boston Childrens Hospital with one of the best doctors probably in the country, and he said I was fine after many tests.

However when I do a hard sprint my heart rate reaches 240!!!!! (My heart rate does recover normally though, it doesnt stay up there, it goes down to like 140 after a minute or 2). Im not joking. On my stress test it reached 221 max and we had to stop cause I sweat alot and it was interfering. But what if the high heart rate is a sign I have HCM and that I will get a cardiac arrest?

I have a strong history of health anxiety so I wouldnt be suprised if these symptoms I get daily are caused by it...

Above average resting heart rate (Normal:58-70) (Now: 85-105)

Pins and needles anywhere

Palpitations (have eased because of magnesium)

My mom and dad are done with doctors but Im trying to tell them a heart rate of 240 isnt normal!!! Its not SVT cause the doctors checked for that and if it was, it would stay that high for a while, mine slows down quick. I dont know what it is but my mind is telling me its the worst case scenario and that Im gonna die from cardiac arrest like those athletes do.

PS. This whole thing started when I had a supposedly big "panic attack" on the soccer field ( I think it is a cardiovascular event). I though I was gonna die that moment but I didnt. Those panic attacks are gone now thank god.

so what did the doctor say about your heart rate when you are doing sprints?

did u know that athletes heart rates go well in the 200's?

ANY structural problem with the heart would have been seen on the echocardiogram! any conduction issue like the beats would have been seen on the ECG! You have had numerous testing all came back normal.

There’s no way all of those tests would have missed something. Your mind is being controlled by fear and your way overthinking this!

if you bring down your level of anxiety, your heart rate would come down also. But since you are in a high state of anxiety, the heart rate while running will stay in the 240s. It’s not going to hurt you. Your anxiety is causing your elevated resting rate which actually is also not harmful. Many people with anxiety have elevated heart rate due to the adrenaline.

the only way you will feel better is by coming out of this mental state of fear and negativity.

You have to fact check. One fact is that you went to one of the best doctors in the country. he’s not going to miss anything. He does these tests all the time and knows exactly what to look for!

Another fact is that all your testing was normal. Another fact is that you have anxiety which causes a faster heart rate.

you don’t need any more testing. Live your life and if it makes you feel better just start out slowly. But there’s nothing wrong with you. Only fear which can ruin our lives if we let it. Take care

The doctor said that usually peoples hearts cant go that fast but since Im young its possible. She said all though its "above average" my heart was working efficiently like it should be and thats normal. The thing is, I had an echo last august so Im scared I couldve developed HCM from then.
