Anxiety Symptoms - Your Feedback Appreciated

Hello Everyone,
I'm new to this forum. I googled anxiety forum and this website populated. I've been experiencing a few issues within the last month and I thought I'd share with everyone.
If this is something you can relate to, I would appreciate your feedback.
In 2018 I had a 24 holter test and stress test performed. All test were normal, thank God. Lately I think I've been getting palpitations. Sometime I feel like a strong heart beat and it makes me take a deep breath, but at other times is feels like there's a spasm deep inside my chest. I've noticed also that lately I have been getting this twitch on my left rib-cage.
I feel like if my neck, shoulders, and the side of my head get really stiff. In regard to the thoughts, this is going to sound way out there, lol, but I've been getting a thought about what if I'm stressing my muscles or nerves out so much that it's making me all tight inside my body and twitching is happening. I guess here's my question. Is it possible to stress oneself out so much that the muscles inside of us start to get really tight and spasm? Or is it just anxiety or stress making making twitches and my brain telling me that other things are happening that are really not possible? I have also been twitching in my legs. I started seeing a therapist and I was told it's psychosomatic.
I just had a few blood test performed (CMP, Vitamin D, Methylmalonic Acid & Homocysteine, CBC, ANA W/ Refl Titer, T4 Free, TSH, Cortisol A.M., Vitamin B12/Folate Serum Panel, T3 Free, SedRate, and CK Total)
My Vitamin D was low and glucose was a little elevated. Other than that, everyone was normal. I also had two EKGs performed. Those were normal too. So right now I'm waiting for my echo cardiogram and holster test too be approved. So far, everything has been okay.
Your input is appreciated.

your symptoms sound very much like stress and anxiety symptoms. A lot of people get those twitches and they are related to anxiety. They are not harmful. Just annoying. Sounds like your testing is coming out normal so if they don’t find anything, you can know at that point that it’s the anxiety causing it. none of the anxiety symptoms are harmful. palpitations, skipped heartbeats, are very common with anxiety. I’ve had those numerous times. The more you read people’s comments on here the more you will see how common your symptoms are.
try to think of what might be causing your stress and or anxiety.
Think about your life, your relationships, work or school, etc. The symptoms are not really the problem. The problem is unmanaged stress and anxiety.
If it’s difficult for you to manage, consider speaking with a counselor. I do that once a week online virtually and it works great! The counselor can help give you some ideas on how to relax and how to react when you do get anxiety symptoms. The brain is a very complex organ and when we tell it some thing it will believe us and that’s how we get the symptoms.take care!

Hello,
Thanks for the reply. I actually just started seeing a therapist. My cardiologist did see me today. They had me do an ekg, stress test, and echocardiogram today. I then left their office wearing a 24 hour holter monitor. I received a call from their office a few hours later this morning telling me the cardiologist reviewed all my test (excluding holter as I'm wearing now) and all the test showed there was nothing wrong with my heart, thank God. I return the holter monitor tomorrow afternoon.
