There are many people who don’t want to leave the house due to anxiety being really bad. it’s an awful feeling. But then there are people who don’t want to be alone when they have anxiety. I actually have to get out . I guess it affects people differently.
Have you ever considered speaking with a counselor? You can do that right at home online and it works great. i’ve been doing that for a while now. do you have any friends or family? You can talk to about this? getting support for this is important. I hope you feel better soon.

i used to have anxiety so bad it didnt matter that i was in the house or outside. I found peace in Jesus. please pray and ask God for help. The anxiety may not be taken from you immediately, but keep praying. Listen to this promise from Jesus in John chapter 14:
"Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid."

Yes, many people experience anxiety to varying degrees that can make them reluctant or even afraid to leave their house. This condition is commonly referred to as agoraphobia. Agoraphobia is an anxiety disorder characterized by intense fear or anxiety about being in situations or places where it might be difficult to escape or get help if a panic attack or other anxiety symptoms occur.
