Relationships can be super scary for anyone. I'm really sorry you've been having such bad anxiety about this. What kind of help did you get? Therapy, CBT? Are you taking any kinds of medication to manage symptoms? Have you tried to do breathing exercises? And does the guy you're with understand these issues you're having? It's really important if you're going to live with someone that they are educated on anxiety and know how to help you and be supportive.

yes i talked to my b/f but don't know if we together cause he did waited to long cause i moved back of this anxiety, he thinks it is easy to get over but it is not i tried medication i forgot who i was seeing think it was psycharist and the breathing excercise did not work. I just have fear living in new places and do have fear of ppl he was only one i trust since i knew him from 8th grade but i may have lost that chance. I am just afriad i am hated but this anxiety just so worst sad

I'm so sorry hun! It sounds like you've had some really awfule experiences because of your anxiety. First of all, it's NOT easy to recover from this stuff. Some people think that you should just ignore it. But you literally can't ignore it, it's part of your brain. That's why therapy, self-care, and sometimes medicine are the tools for recovery. I recommend you find a new psychiatrist. Your GP may be able to refer you to one. Then you might be able to get on a new and better medication that will help you. As for your boyfriend, that's a personal thing and I can't tell you for sure what to do. But I will say that if he doesn't make the effort to understand how vulnerable you are, then it's not going to work no matter what. I hope that things get so much better for you really really soon! I'll be thinking of you! And if you need something, please keep posting here. Lots of good people!!

Anxiety, OCD, depression etc are all mental illnesses. Sometimes we call them "invisible" disabilities because people can't see that your sick from just looking at you. But inside, you're feeling so many things right now dear. Negative thinking, hopelessness, confusion, stress, etc. How old are you? Do you live with your parents or family still? Are they able to help you? Do you work, or are you in school? Most schools and universities have services you could use. It's a real struggle but you will get through this! I promise!

I'm so sorry things have been getting worse. sad( You have a lot on your shoulders. I think a lot of people here can relate to your situation better than I can. But I can offer you reassurance that things WILL improve for you. Love & hugs --

If you are being sick and suffering anxiety, you need to consider a visit to your Doctor.

If your condition is preventing you from living your life to its full and you cannot live with a Partner, your Anxiety is effecting life choices so I again would advise you to make a list of your concerns and make a Doctors appointment

    Good luck
