    Hi Joanne,

I’d be interested to see if anyone’s had any success with these as well and for what kind of anxiety and the severity of it.

Personally I have quite a heavy blanket and have found it so comforting that those flimsy light weight sheets etc.

Sorry I’m not much help here!

While I have no tried them, I have friends who have and swear by them. I am hoping to get one for myself once I can afford to do so. Right now I use a rice bag I heat up and the weight of that often helps. So I wonder if a full body weight will.

I've been wondering this too. I'd like to get one but they're sadly much too expensive for me. I make do with piling two quilts and a couple of pillows on me. As to whether a weighted blanket works... From what I've read, it depends on the person. The weight is calming for some people but others feel trapped under the weight.

Don't know about bracelets that release essential oils. I suppose scents can help to calm you down. I have a Vicks inhaler stick that I use when I'm outside and starting to feel nervous. I know that thing is supposed to be for nasal congestion, but I do like the smell.
