many times when we over think, it can get to the point of almost not being able to do something. You are so conscious of how you walk that you are going to have issues with walking .

I feel that it is related to anxiety. Anxiety can create negative thoughts and being unsure of yourself. And this can be the result. Work on decreasing your anxiety and relax in your mind. There’s some great meditations on YouTube for anxiety, overthinking, etc

. be confident in yourself and don’t let anxiety and fear run your life! Stand tall, head up shoulders back and tell yourself you can do anything and go for that walk.

If you have gotten an all clear from your doctor, that is a anxiety symptom called hyper focusing. I've been there, done that. Once you're able to get your anxiety down to a normal level that will go away, trust me, I've been through it.

Oh yes! It can be awful. This was just one of the things that my mind tended to hyper focus on. It seemed worse if I was anxious or in a store or place around a lot of people. I just know that once my anxiety got better that went away. I'm sure that yours will too.
