I’ve posted here before as my symptoms keep Changing?  I’m light headed every day, some days worse than others. Some days I must walk very slow as the motion makes the light headedness worse. Since New Years I’ve experienced sporadic anxiety where I’m jittery with my hands shaking.   Find a half 0.25mg Xanax helps.  I also find the I get anxiety dizziness in public places such as the supermarket, restaurants and movie theaters, but not every time.  This past Sunday I was so uncomfortable I kept looking at my watch for the movie to end.  I made it to the car .  I was nervous I was going to get a vertigo spell but did not.  After resting with my head back and on each side and let my head pulse and spin internally not vertigo I felt a bit better. At work today out of the blue my hands started shaking and I was very antsy.  I took a half Xanax did a short preyer session with a co worker and rested in the car and it subsided,

if anyone has these symptoms please let me know.

Anxiety is very common after the outset of a vestibular disorder, as your condition improves or you get more accustomed to dealing with the symtoms, the anxiety should decrease along with those symptoms. However there very simple ways to deal with it (anxiety) more effectively through diet and light exercise.
