anxiety with indigestion????

Does anyone have bad indigestion related to anxiety. I have had horrible indigestion the past few yrs and I also have GAD. The docs seem to think its related. Anyone else suffer with this? And yes, I have had all the scopes and stomach tests done and they ae all normal. When I eat it feels like the food is just stuck in my chest. It  happens with non acid foods too. Any thoughts????

It is, but then some times I let out the biggest burp...and you've never felt relief like it ...lol try Andrews, I feel the more my anxiety dissipates so to does the indigestion and all the rest, but it never fully goes, try and relax and calm down a bit as well see if it helps, it should ease the more your anxiety subsides .

Yes I do. It's related, gastro Dr. Told me so, and I'm to learn to relax. I watch diet to to this so I don't trigger it. I avoid certain foods.

Yes anxiety sky high last couple of weeks so acid reflux and tight feeling in throat back again, not had it for a couple of months. Staying off dairy helps but need to be anxiety free before it gets better.
