I know! Burping yawning a lot! Burping was me on purpose..reckon fear of full stomach..feel relief when burp ever it just a sec! Im sure it not smart to do daily affecting muscles its own working. It gone since fear of fullness went. Yawning too much they say on net is like deep breath released..something similar of hyperventilation. Went through that phase. Tc

I have trouble with my stomach feeling full of air and then I feel as if I can't breathe right and in return it causes me to start yawning and then my anxiety flares up even more

I pick yawning over breathing problem..one of lesser evils!

Eat smaller would helpful. Eating right..excise..Cut off sugar would at least lessen anxiety..because of good boost. Use herbs spices as daily seasoning foods.

I have been limiting sugar intake along with no caffeine, anxiety is is very frustrating and tiring, at least yawning isn't a scary symptom as apposed to feeling like unable to breathe, I appreciate your response

Same. It's super frustrating. Having to yawn to feel like you're getting that deep breath. And the doctor doesn't know why. You're not alone. Wish I had an answer for us.

I'm not sure but this happens to me too and gets worse when I'm even more anxious.
