Mandy, this is going to be a harder week because with your increased dose, you're gonna feel much more side effects, so hang in there. Take warm baths, get plenty of rest, try to eat or drink a shake or something, stay away from alcohol and caffeine (if possible), stay strong. You may need a Ativan if you really need it. It will get better in a couple of weeks. Xx

Remember, it takes up to 8 weeks to just to see improvements, so you are very close. Tha's why I said this is going to be an extremely hard week for you - quite possibly one of the hardest weeks of your life. I've been living with this illness my entire adult life, on and off this med for about 2 decades and you would imagine it gets easier each time I get back on it, but it doens't. I know all the side effects, etc. but experiencing them is something else. And these are the hardest times I've had to live through, so hang in there. Keep yourself occupied with something mindless, like knitting, a crosswork puzzle, a computer game, etc. Try to sleep if you can. Xx

I've not been sleeping very well at all. I was on venlafaxine for 12 years and had been off it 15 months then hit menopause and anxiety is back xx

Yeah, menopause is around the corner for me and definitely not looking forward to it.

Hi Mandy, I'm starting week 7 and 3rd week on 100, still have shakes in my hands and shoulders, so what your feeling is pretty normal, I had a bad day Saturday but great day Sunday, that seems to be way goes for me, do really well during week at work, but weekends can be troublesome, so hang in there can take up to 12 weeks for full benefit according to my doc. Hope this helps

Yep, seems like there's something new everyday, been there, my anxiety caused tinnitus, and I am dealing with pretty well now but have days when I say God this has got to stop. So hang in there, you will get better. I promise.
