Anxious of my hearth's health.

Hello i am a 18 year old male and at first i'd like to say that ive suffered from severe ocd my whole life and health anxiety. But recently i've become concerned that i have a heart disease of some kind. Symptoms i've had: Tingling in the left hand and fingers (only on the left side). Cold sweating in both hands and feet, little pain under my jaw. Muscle twitches in my left armpit/chest muscles but when i try checking my pulse from my wrist it is regular. So that symptom probably has nothing to do with my heart? I've also had shortness of breath that feels like i cant get enough air in my lungs even though i take a deep breath (i havent noticed any shortness of breath when walking or exercising) I had an EKG and a bloodtest last thursday and they were both normal. But still im really concerned about these symptoms, what should i do? I'd also like to point out that i used to have panic attacks in 2017 and even though these symptoms are similar they dont feel like panic attacks to me since when these symptoms appear i dont shake or have a feeling of unreality like i used to when i had panic attacks.

Hello... Check out on your cardiac (enzymes) troponin levels,LDH ,BDHG in a clinical laboratory to affirm if it's a heart related problem..

Nervousness causes more nervousness. Learn to relax and be more mentally content.
