Any Acute Pancreatitis survivors taken breaks from Alcohol for years and return to normal life?

I am curious to see if anyone here has been diagnosed with acute pancreatitis once and stopped drinking for years and drank responsible with no flare ups. (When i say responsible i mean less than 4 times a month) Im going on 4 years since an acute pancreatitis episode stemming from a binge episode. 28 now and havent drank anything since the episode. Was making this post out if simple curiosity of those who have done it. I dont see many of those stories on these blogs probably because most people who have drank again have unfortunately not had good results and those who have had good results are probably not blogging about it lol nevertheless curious about those expieriences. feel free to comment
