I've been suffering a lot with the falling sensation that comes with anxiety, I have been doctors and they have said its anxiety, but I just wondered if anyone had any advice on how to get rid of it?

I feel a sense of falling at times, but also I think it is vertigo for me. I do head exercises that my dr told me to try to stop the floating or falling or dizzy feelings. Sometimes it works. If you look up vertigo head exercises it might also help with the falling. I know it sucks tho. Even closing your eyes doesn't help much. And I can't drive when it happens which sometimes makes me more anxious because I never know when it will hit.

Just like everything else related to anxiety there is no "cure"

You just have to distract yourself like you do with all other symptoms

      Stay Strongcool

I had it in dreamstate when I was a teenager.  It is just a fear marker to promote your anxiety.  Ignore it if you can and it might go.
