Any advice

I'm 28 and started getting LS 'breakouts' (which is what I call lesions/blisters/severe splits or tears) around 18. It was misdiagnosed as herpes for two years (I was told to keep the areas as dry as possible 👍) which led to necrosis and complete loss of the labia minora, and half of the clitoris, and fused my clitoral 'hood' to my remaining clitoris. I was blessed enough to not suffer major breakouts for the last couple of years, apart from the usual splitting around the opening and along my scar tissue, but lately due to immune infections I have gotten severe lesions which are incredibly painful. I live in the UK and the only advice I have been given by doctors is to use Aqueous cream (which I do, liberally) and just suck it up till it goes away. Does anyone please have any better options for pain relief or comfort? I'm getting desperate.

i have been told i have lichen sclerosis recently, however disagree with the doctor and am

looking for help. I am male and get cuts monthly at the top of my bump crack and lots of other weird symptoms. They dont look herpetic and have had them swabbed recently and currently await results. Also UK based. Can i ask do you have white scarring etc which i would associate with lichen? why did they diagnose it as herpes.

the doctor gave me dermovate cream to try and help and i wondered if you had tried that or similar?
