Any advice for relieving severe fatigue / brainfog?

My fatigue is mostly mental (Brainfog), in the sense that I'm still capable of performing physical activity, but feel as though I'm on the brink of passing out at its worst.

It has got to the point where it's started to affect my work and I've had co-workers recently tell me that I "Look lost", "Seem different" and often insinuate that I've turned up to work intoxicated.

If anyone has a temporary fix, or personal experience with this, it'd be appreciated.

Current symptoms: Fatigue, Brain fog, Cognitive Impairment, irregular tightness in throat, muscle twitches, varied headaches / neck tension and blurred vision. (Mostly neurological)

Previous Conditions and Tests: Brain CT (Waiting on results), Multiple Blood tests (Vitamin D / B12 deficiency), Depression / Anxiety

I have very similar symptoms. My brain fog probably isn’t as bad as yours but I still get it. I’ve had those symptoms now for 3 years on and off although pretty constant. I’ve had numerous tests MRI CT seen a neurologist ENT blood work etc. All clear. I was told I might suffer from silent migraines however I’m sceptical about that diagnosis. The worst part for me is probably the tight neck and slightly blurred/grainy vision. I do sit at a PC all day at work. I attend an osteopath once every two weeks and get some short term relief. It definitely helps. I’m at the stage now where I think I must be just causing it by being over anxious but I never ever was an anxious person prior to this so I’m still not sure...
