Any advice please guys,testicle tingleing ,groin pain and lower back pain .all lhs.

hi guys have any of you suffered with testicle tingleing , groin pain /hip pain and lower back pain , my hip also clicks a little but to be fair alot of my joints do .

I've been to a spinal surgeon got mri taken of hip and back which were pretty much clear ,

I've also be to an urologist and got my testicles checked , ct with contrast to check for stones , bloods done and prostate checked also which all came back clear ,

so far they can't find the source of the pain , ive had it for approx a year now , the testicle tingling seems to be worst at night for what ever reason !! I'm now referred to a hip specialist for more scans but he can't understand were the testicle tingleing maybe coming from ,

Any advise is welcome guys

    Have you tried bathsitz or physiotheraphy?

      yes I've had around 20 physio sessions with little to no improvement , its really frustrating trying to get to the bottom of this ,not sure what bath sitz is mate .

    Any one else out there suffering similar or had in the past ?? my hip consultant thinks it may be a labral tear in my hip due to the clicking so I'm in for an arthergram next week but im not so sure .

    i have had the same thing for a couple of years.I have now got a large hydrocele on left side which is going into right side. It is about the size of a large Jafa. I am waiting for surgery.I hope you can get yourself sorted. It isnt very pleasant is it .
