any advice with my symptoms? pins and needles..

For the past 6 months i have been getting pins and needles in my legs, especially when i sit down and elevate my legs above my hips. i have been getting sharp nerve pain in my thighs and calves also, sometimes with a warm rush feeling.

Recently it has spread to my arms and hands when i am writing, holding my phone or carrying bags and they go weak, then i get an irritating feeling in my arms and neck like i need to move them.

i have had a nerve conduction test on my hands, arms and legs and feet, they have all come back normal.

these are my symptoms altogether...

-pins and needles in legs, hands and feet.

-tingles in feet and hands

-nerve pain in thighs and calves

-breathlessness

-aching pelvis area

if anyone has any advice please let me know, i am desperate. thanks

Have you been diagnosed with HSV 1 or HSV 2 ?

    Could it be Fibromyalgia ?

How is your blood circulation or pressure?

Have you been diagnosed with Shingles?

i have fibromyalgia but i have had it for 7 years and these new symptoms have come on suddenly and my tiredness and energy levels has completely dropped again.

i dont think its fibro as it comes on more so when im sat down or feet elevated.

ive not had shingles and blood tests come back normal
