So i went to the doctor i got diagnosed with anxiety, my thyroid gland was off, but not enough to do anything & my potassium was low. Well its been a few days & i keep getting hot flashes. Im getting like tiny sharp pains on both sides of my stomach, my head will get some tension, or hurt. Also im getting like a butterfly feeling in my body. And now im getting like a flushed feeling in my body, and my head hurts just a littlw bit.

For potassium, eat bananas. They're a great source. As for anxiety, those are all common symptoms.. Have yu been thinking about it a lot since the doctors? Just relax.. Maybe see if reading, walking, drawing, things like that helps.. As for the thyroid, I have absolutely no insight on that because I've surprisingly never had an issue with that.. Just everything else lol.

You say you went to doctors, did he or she percribe any meds. Is this how your feeling after starting meds,or are these  your symptoms. I use to have the butterflies in the stomach, and not good butterflies either. I had nasty tension headaches. The pains ,and flashes are all signs of anxiety, which can quickly grow into full blown panic. Hope your started treatment with meds.
