Hiya had the mirena coil in for two years and once every six months a get a spotting then it goes away after just one spot.
When i was fitted i spotted six month after and the practice nurse said that was finee. The thing is ive never been able to speak to anyone else who had it fitted post menopausal.
If anyone out there has any experience with it id be much obliged if you could tell me.

I'm having really bad heavy periods and it's causing polyps. The gynecologist suggested the Mirena coil. I'm worried about getting acne again!
How have you found it? How's your skin? I've suffered from acne 16- 35.
I'm in perimenopause and 44 and get jawline spots but not too bad. Worried the mirena will make my skin bad again
