Any effective way to maybe slow down or decrease the growth of Nasal Polyps?

I have a really big nasa polyp in my left nostril for a long time and it pushes my septum to my right. I can hardly breathe in my nose. Most (all) of the time I use my mouth when breathing. Is there anything I can do to maybe decrease the size of the polyp? 

I already tried going to the doctor years ago but they said they can't treat me since I currently have other problem in my lungs rolleyes
