Any feed back on personal experiences with the Kegal 8 device on pelvic Toning not incontinance.

looking into buying a kegal 8 as surgeon has stated i need no further surgery just heavy duty physio to help with flabby back wall....... i have no issue with incontanence but am very uncomfortable. mixed reviews online but mainly positive. has anyone actually tried one. did it work?

    I've got one which I used years ago but I did opt for surgery.. I wished I'd continued with it.

    forward 5 years I've now had anterior repair and hysterectomy for prolapse.

    I do believe they can strengthen the pelvuc basket but a year after hy I'm a little afraid to go back to it.. I think it's the thought of the probe in vag.

    I think I'd prefer innovo shorts as they are built into the material and not so invasive.

    uiu have to keep on with it I think hunx
