    Hi, I am in Scotland Dundee. I have had ilestomy stoma for 7 years and I have crohns flare up.  How about you?

      I had my Ilestomy surgery 3 months ago

      Been a roller coaster the past year but finally beginning to feel well and coping a lot better

      Still a bit anxious about being away from home too long were you the same at the start?

      Hi, I am still can't away from the house for 2 hrs. Because, it was a emerancey operation. Good your getting better, you'll get used to the stoma.rolleyes
