Any gel that actually helps with the pain?

Have a sore tummy so don’t want to take anymore pain killers. Any gel suggestions?

    Voltaren Gel (RX in the US) is a GREAT topical anti-inflammatory and painkiller.  Aspercream with 4% Lidocaine or Lidocaine patches help with nerve pain.  Actually, the #1 topical on the planet is called "Lotion" and is available in certain states at certain dispensaries by certain people with a certain medical card.  The best.

    Another that helps but may not have any medical value is a lotion called BIO-FREEZE.I have used it very frequently when the pain is pretty bad when i put it on it has a cooling effect which even if its just short acting it helps.

    Another but you need a prescription is Pennsaid ( diclofenac sodium topical solution ) 2%w/w. I use this and it helps with soreness.
